Khelomore - Book Sports Venues

Despite requests they have failed to reply or initiate any refund when i had to cancel my booking because of a storm , the host venue said that they do but doesnt seem so

I’ve been using the Khelomore app for a few months for Cricket Turfs and it’s been awesome! The app is easy to use and makes finding and booking Cricket Turfs near my house and college super simple. I’ve found new places to play and met lots of other sports fans. The app gives great details about each place, so I always know what to expect. Plus, their customer support is really helpful and quick to respond. Khelomore has made my sports life much better, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves sports. Five stars!

It’s a scam, no team to revert on refund. No logical traceability for customer query. Fake booking & service provider cancelled the booking by its own. I would have given negative star rating but no provision available.

Chirag from the team was super prompt at helping me resolve my query! Overall the app is really convenient for finding sport/workout options nearby for a good sweat sesh! :)

No one answering there calls.No response to emails. Booking got cancel unknowingly from app side and no is there to acknowledge and support customer.

This is the worst app developed, even though the court has unlisted themselves,it is still showing in the app. We had a similar instance where the booking is not taken by the court and amount was debited from our debited and no intimation. This is the worst app.
