Horrible user support for paid plan. Software keeping on zeroing all the settings, showing gibberish on stats. Interface is one big mistake. Just be aware

Kids App Qustodio is the companion app to Qustodio Parental Control App. Please only download this app to a device being used by a child or teen.
How to get started
1. Download the Qustodio Parental Control App onto your own device (usually your mobile phone or laptop).
2. Then download this Kids App Qustodio onto any of your child’s devices you want to monitor.
3. Together, the two apps allow you to seamlessly manage your child’s daily screen time allowance on linked mobile, tablet, or desktop devices.
Features include:
• Daily screen time limits set by the Parent App.
• Website, search and app usage monitoring on the child’s device.
• Website blocking and category blocking (block games, porn, gambling, and lockout unwanted content) on the child’s device
• Location tracking of the child's device
• Safe search on the child’s device
• Unsupported browser blocking on the child’s device
• Advanced reporting provided to parents
• Real-time alerts sent to parents
Kids App Qustodio for iOS and macOS is password protected and cannot be uninstalled from a child’s device without parental permission.

Important notes for users
- The Kids App Qustodio for iOS install process will ask you to install a special MDM profile and accept special permissions in order to control the internet traffic on the device. This profile can be removed or disabled by you whenever you want. Instructions for installing, uninstalling, and configuring are on our help page.
- When connecting to the internet a VPN symbol will appear on the top of the screen. The VPN connection can be disabled temporarily when needed in the Family Portal or by logging into the Kids App Qustodio on your kids' device.
- Continued use of GPS running in the background for the Family Locator feature can dramatically decrease battery life.

Bad
It is really bad programme ,
Premium version paid but doesn’t work
Unfortunately the premium version was paid but app isn’t working, the account is blocked, no idea how to fix it. Way said it’s a bug on Apple side, but what should I do to fix it?! While it was working, difficult to adopt it for your needs, devices behave unpredictable, can’t really open or close a specific app for the kid, example what’s app (was not uploading pictures).
Time limits
how it works? Even if ipad is in standby mode, time of activity grows up. So i dont understand how to use it.
Bug
This app has made my phone bug. It says “Lost iPhone certain apps will be blocked until tomorrow” the next day comes and nothing is unblocked I can’t see my apps and it doesn’t allow me to surf on the internet. My father also added some extra time after I reached my limit and although I restarted my phone 3 or 4 times still nothing happened. My phone is still blocked and we’re trying to figure out what to do. Please send me feedback.

Seperate limits per device no longer possible
Very unpleasant surprise from Qustodio during the last week. A. Old portal (much better and functional in my opinion ) is no longer avaliable. B. Most important and seriously is that we lost the ability to have separate limits per device on same kid. That is really annoying and upsetting. If this is not fixed, i will have to stop using qustodio and ask for a refund on thenremaining months of subscription. Why guys?? Why?
App crashes constantly
App cannot start in iOS 11.2.6. Crashes all the times.
Slow access through the vpn which in mandatory for the app to work !!!!
The app filters the traffic through vpn tunnel . So the performance is extremely slow .
