Horrible user support for paid plan. Software keeping on zeroing all the settings, showing gibberish on stats. Interface is one big mistake. Just be aware

It is really bad programme ,

Unfortunately the premium version was paid but app isn’t working, the account is blocked, no idea how to fix it. Way said it’s a bug on Apple side, but what should I do to fix it?! While it was working, difficult to adopt it for your needs, devices behave unpredictable, can’t really open or close a specific app for the kid, example what’s app (was not uploading pictures).

how it works? Even if ipad is in standby mode, time of activity grows up. So i dont understand how to use it.

Ok so where do I start I hate this app. If you are a parent just FYI unless you want ur child to hate you then just keep scrolling. I am sick of this and I hope goddamn queso-tudio crashes because it doesn't deserve to stay in business. I hate this app.

I only rated this 5 stars so it would be in front, normally I would rate it 1 star. I am a 12 year old girl who bought my own iPad. My mom installed this so I wouldn’t be up to late at night. But this has caused my iPad many issues that I cannot control. When my mom unlocks my iPad it takes at least 5-10 minutes for it to actually work, and even when it is unlocked it causes the worst glitches, and now it takes forever for apps to load. I paid so much money for this iPad and I feel like the app took away my freedom. Of course I would say that to any app like this but even when I have time to play, my device will run very slowly or stop working all-together. Another issue is when let’s say I’m on for an hour, Qustodio will say I was on my device for 5 hours. Even my mom can prove it because the amount shown on each app doesn’t add up. This app has many disappointments, and no I’m not just saying that because I might be against time-limits, it has caused many errors for my device. 😑😔

I’m a 11 year old kid who has been using this app and it was all going good at first but since a few days the app has been bugging. I only spend 1 hour on YouTube and it counts as double and now it haven’t been letting me access anything on my iPad NOT EVEN CALL ANYBODY what if I have an emergency please fix this or just go ahead and shut the app down I would rate it zero stars if I could

My mom recently downloaded this app on my phone telling me it was for her to “check my location” I had my suspicions that this wasn’t what she said it was so I looked it up and low and behold it says that it can monitor calls,texts,etc. It can even monitor your notes? Tell me that this isn’t invasive? I honesty would like this app PERMANENTLY removed of my device. I’ve had Qustodia reply back to me and there response didn’t answer my question at all! I’ve had the worst customer service don’t even bother.
