Everything about the app is fine but the “add to favourites” function. It doesn’t work and freezes the app on the loading screen. I use the same account on desktop and my favourites list is functional there. I’ve repeatedly logged out/back in to the app and have deleted/redownloaded multiple times too - still no fix.

Absolutely love the clothes and I love the app but I will say I just can’t access my wishlist at all. It just keeps loading and loading. It would be five stars otherwise

Since the update, I have not been able to access my wishlist at all. So I can’t find all the things I want to purchase, I’m having to go through all the different subcategories on the app to find what I want.

Will not load my wish list or allow me to add anything to my wish list. Still have to log on to the website to get anywhere. Kind of a pain tbh.

I just wanted a pair of sunglasses and it messed me around, taking me back and forth for 20 minutes!

Fab app, easy to use. For some reason it won’t load a wish list/link my previous wish list and there’s a permanent notification that I can’t get rid of. Otherwise super smooth use

It is good if you like spooky stuff it is perfect for Halloween

Okay app but the filters are not working which makes the selection and looking process really difficult

All good so far, really like the design of this app. Very easy to navigate
