The app generally functions as described. However, 1 star off for promotional notifications that cannot be selectively disabled, as well as another star off for annoying inconsistencies: Kroger Pay randomly behaves differently at times (sometimes it goes straight to code, while sometimes you have to select the type of transaction: gas or in-store register—this is when not near any fuel center); and the various services (pharmacy, etc.) require additional login and don’t stay logged in.

Super annoying pop up wants to force you to sign up for notifications which I do not want and you have to close the app to move past it. Just signed up for the app and so far it’s more work than it’s worth.

This app constantly freezes trying to load endless ads. This greedy company doesn’t deserve my business. Going to go shop at Walmart as their app at least works.

The price I saw was a preview price and I guess I shouldn’t go with that til the price comes out in the ad. But I got my hopes up and even made a special trip just for what I thought (what was quoted on my email) was the sale price and its no where to be found. I guess thats what previews are. Just a way to get people in the door. What a bunch of losers. I’m totally unhappy with King Soopers.

Digital coupons are infuriating and make me so angry with King Soopers. They rarely download to the app, after I’ve spent 3 to 5 minutes in the store, trying to get them to scan. If you want to give me a coupon activated on my SuperCard, which is simple to use at checkout.

I cannot place anything in my cart without creating a list. This makes everything twice as difficult and take twice as long. It is ridiculous. It used to be easy to just add items directly to the cart. I’ll find an easier app to use instead from another grocer.

The app keeps changing and there are times I can't find my cart to review it. I've had to delete it then download it again to bring up the features I'm missing. I hope it improves.

Addaryl, our delivery person, provided excellent customer service! He was professional, upbeat and thoughtful about entering our home and unloading. 5 stars to him.

This app used to be clunky, now it’s nearly unusable. Deals run off the edge of the page, can’t scroll sideways to read them: “$3 off-“ Off what? Why don’t you want us to view the actual weekly ad? If I do it your way I have to scroll not only down the page, but sometimes to the right. Why am I working this hard to plan my shopping trip? In my market Target is actually cheaper by a small margin and their app is exponentially better. Something to think about.
