Loving this so much! But i noticed there were differences depending on the kit album. Like in rose r album kit there is no option in kitplayer for chromecast or airplay to paly the videos and its just redirected to youtube which i think loses the essence of the kit. Other than that, the blackpink kits i have were all playing good via chromecast and in kitplayer

Hello. My Kit Player app is not working. I have tried to connect my kit to other devices but it cannot be detected. I tried restarting my phone, same problem. Tried reinstalling the app, still the same. The kit is newly bought so the problem is mostly likely because of the app. I hope you resolve this ASAP. I saw that other people are experiencing the same thing too.

i downloaded the app hoping to play my nct kihno albums. however, upon opening the app, it only shows a white background and nothing to click on. there is nothing. tried to install and uninstall the app and the same thing happens. it says it's compatible to my phone as I was using an iPhone X. i don't know what's the problem.

I can only get the app working if i'm using cellular data. Please fix.

I can no longer use kit player both on 6s plus and 11s since the update

I would’ve love to watch my vids on tv but kit won’t play and keeps on saying that i need to have the same network as my tv. Please fix this problem. I keep on purchasing kits because of Blackpink but I might discontinue when I can’t even use it. I’m using an Ipad by the way. Thank you

This is stupid. I have to connect the kihno everytime just to play the concert even if it’s already downloaded. I paid for this, it’s not even free. Such a crappy app. I’ll never buy a kihno again.

The app opened the first time i got my kihno kit now it won’t load anything saying i have no internet connection

This app works perfectly before but I don’t know what happened but it doesn’t work for me anymore. PLS FIX THIS I DID NOT BUY THIS JUST TO DISPLAY IT. I WANNA WATCH MY MANS DANCE

The app wouldn’t open on my phone. But it says the app is compatible on my iphone. My software is also updated. Please do something about this. Thank you!
