I bought blackpink the show to watch the concert and it is not working saying I don’t have the correct format but for other people it is working normally?!

It won’t let me connect my old kihno to the app I used an adapter but it would ask to connect it as if it was the new version🤦🏾‍♀️

KiT app is honestly I great idea. The Kihno albums and concert videos being held on a small device rather than a disk is brilliant in my opinion. For those that complain about not being able to play the album after a download when the kit isn’t connected should know it states in the manual that it won’t play without data or WiFi and without being connected. The help/support team are wonderful as well and have been helping me figure out why a kit hasn’t been working

Once you downloaded the album and you want to listen to it again you must plug the Kihno in every time you want to play it again!! So you must carry that square brick around!!! You can’t even access the photos.

Kinda like the idea of kihno player. But i hate how you have to plug in the player everytime to listen to the album even tho you have downloaded the album. And the app has some problem with the audio when the phone is connected to bluetooth earphones. After few weeks, I couldnt play any songs from the album. Even for the recording section, no audio will be played. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but the problem happened again. Please have all this fixed. Or else i wont be using this app again. I bought an album to listen to the songs but this app wont allow me to do so.
