Payment UNSUCCESSFUL
Having problem everytime want to checkout and proceed with the payment either via m2u or debit/visa card. Always unsuccessful. Poor apps. Not suitable for ip14 pro max. Please improve the apps
Ekspres Smile Points
Purchased monthly pass twice from the app can’t see the points added up. Constantly remains at 300 points. This app requires performance improvement & some UI makeover for better accessibility.
Kept crashing
Disappointed. Useful couple times at first then started becoming so buggy and kept crashing whenever I try purchasing tickets.
The app charges for a ticket but did not issue. BEWARE!!
I purchased my return ticket through the app as guest in order to get the discount. They charged my digital wallet (Touch n’ Go) for the full amount but did not issue my ticket. I had to purchase a new ticket for full price at the kiosk!! 🤬
Keeps expiring my password
Been using the app for the past year but every now and then it expires my password. Please stop expiring my password.
Log In
Cannot login using apple ID, appears done but still at login page
Cannot press back button
Cant use the back button. Using iphone 14. Else the info for schedule and easy purchase daily ticket is very useful and i can just scan the qr from my phone. 👍

Always wrong password eventhough the password was correct
KLiA transit
Only can buy KLIA - KL central ticket. No option to select to buy KLIA transit - worst up
