Make sure basics are covered
Instead of adding filters and other functionality where plenty of really good alternative apps exist, maybe you should make sure that a cropped photo does not lose quality. It is pretty obvious that opening a photo from the gallery first resamples it to a different resolution. A small amount of crop then starts losing quality. I now need to resize and crop a photo outside the app simply because the app is so bad. The old app seems to handle this scenario better. The software alone makes me regret my purchase. So, please make sure you cover the basics well before bloating the app. Crop should look the same as the crop using the iphone gallery app. Anything less than that (a low bar to clear) is a disappointment.
