New firmware won’t load. Stuck at 98%. I only manage to print one photo from my new device, and haven’t been able to do any more because of the update. Please fix!

Help please fix firmware update

would not let me click print. i hate it so bad fix this please.

If you just mess around with it for even a little bit it’s trivial to use. Good app overall in 2025.

Worked great for two years but recent updates have rendered it basically useless as it now prints whatever part of the photo it feels like, mostly a super zoomed in section in the middle. Customer service is no help (‘update app, redo your settings’ etc) and won’t even acknowledge the issue. Have four $$$ packs of film I can’t use so yay for me. Was nice while it lasted. :(

Editing constantly undone by adding a new feature such as border. Difficult to crop photo to correct size because actual photo that is brought into app must be a much larger file size in order to crop down as close to the 4x6 parameter as possible. Finally once you get what appears to be the correct crop size within the 4x6 parameter inside the app, the actual print is always either too big or too small, (beyond or under the photo paper’s actual size not counting the perforated edges.)

Nothing but problems since day one. Took a full day before it made noise and let me print. Printed 10 pictures. Didn’t use couple week’s. Turned on and it wanted me to up date.several times stops at 98 % made it to 100 finally. Let’s me adjust photo. Ok for resolution and then an x through the print . Major waste of money

so i got this printer for christmas and i am trying to use it, and i get the photo i want but when i click the print button, it doesn’t print anything. like i keep trying to click it and it doesn’t do anything. they need to fix this app.

We have had our Mini Shot Retro for years and haven’t had many complaints until about October. An update to the app went out that has basically made it useless. The crop tool just doesn’t work. You can crop or add a border and it will look fine in the app, but when you print it won’t keep any of it. This camera has been useless since 2.56.0. I’ve been emailing back and forth with support since the end of October and this issue is still happening

This used to work great and after an update a couple months ago the pictures crop weird no matter what you do. Both my husband and I have emailed support multiple times and have never received a response.
