Kotak fyn:Business Banking app

This app by Kotak replaced the earlier one for corporate banking. The original one was working reasonably well and catered to most needs. This one is one of the crappiest apps I have come across. It doesn’t allow one to VIEW transactions beyond last FIVE!!!!! What the….!!!! I have complained on the app several times but no redressal at all. If someone from Kotak is bothering to read this kindly take corrective actions and enhance customer experience.

The older version ie before fyn app had better functionality Current version is not made as compared to older version

Super slow app to approve transactions on an I phone. Worst experience,earlier was much better.

The new updated UI just doesn’t work. Basic features are not working Data doesn’t show up App doesn’t load up Please revert to the earlier version

A five minute transaction with the previous app, now takes almost 25 minutes. Extremely slow when it comes to authorizing cms. Please work on it on priority.

I have a iphone 12 with latest os running. App doesnt work on it . Not even balance is not showing

User interface totally new and refreshing, but the FDR and FDR attached balance (i.e. FDR under sweep) not reflecting. Rest very good!!!

It’s very very slow The way the payments are happening my team can go to bank and come back We use app to speed our work but this app is working very slow it’s takes so much time to go forward and come back Pls resolve this it’s very very irritating Old app was itself good
