Got logged out. Now asking to add new CRN. And when i do it, The SMS never goes. So my corporate banking is stuck now. U guys dont test before updating or what?

Please allow all pending transaction approval in CMS approval stage.

Unable to login after yesterday update please look into it Till yesterday app was good but from yesterday update app not working Below review is few months back review This Kotak bank apps are the worst banking apps in the world. They are always hanging they have somany bugs n errors. Always giving worst updates day by day. Most of the time why it shows technical issues or errors. Weekly twice or thrice it shows server down due to technical error or updation. What is use of waste or unnecessary updates. In a day wise transactions why you can’t show the transactions in a ascending or descending order. After latest update we are unable to open or view statement.

I am sure while making the changes in app Devlopers would be on some kind of attitude trip where they would be like we are not going use this app it is client who is going to use it so let’s not do QA and just publish the same. 1) app log in through Face ID 2) authorise any transaction you enter pin on scrabble numkeypad and area on zero key is so sensitive that you end up entering pin wrong at least once 3) if any manager level authority is reading this feedback please ask team to improve UX of the app.

Post the last update the MPIN has to be entered through a randomised keyboard. It’s impossible to enter correctly in one go. Please revert back to the old standard keyboard. Why change something that is not broken.

Worst App ever used,trying to use it from very beginning it dosent even login

This is not working. Infact the screen doesn’t moves forward after entering the password and user id. There is no error message or anything. The screen just refreshes. Useless App

The app is very smooth to use and it is very user friendly.
