Worst service, never ever do subscription to KUKUFM in Apple devices.
I have made a payment 4 days ago in Apple wallet. When I reached customer care share they said we need invoice from apple. I have shared all the evidence from gpay, apple subscription email, even in KUKUFM app it’s show premium is active. They are not able to address their issue between Apple and them KUKUFM, trying to blame us. I have shared screenshots to then, they are not even ready to raise the complaint. Even in Apple clearly stated that this subscription don’t have subscription, later I have requested invoice from Apple and share with them. Still they are not able to resolve the issue. After raising the they have locked the all books on preferred language. After chatting with them again they are asking for 24 hr to resolve the issue

Listening everyday while travelling, instead of listening to same repetitive songs. Also app looks good when compared with other apps
Help and support system is poor
After taking the subscription , its still asking to subscribe to avail the premium benefits. Trying to connect kuku customer care but always failed because they have system generated support only. No agents to talk and resolve the issue.
Amount got debited even cancelled my subscription
I was cancelled my subscription but the same day amount got debited from mt account, after that i was connected with executives they are telling by mistakenly happened. But this is not good system because if mistakenly happened means its should automatically refund the amount but didn't happen like this

This is a music app no no no no this making people fool app because when we take subscription of 2 rupees it on the option auto pay automatically every month they take 299 rupees automatically so I think they are making people fool
Bad in keeping listening history and customer care is useless
Horrible in keeping your listening history. Everytime I have to go to MySpace and look for the book I am currently listening. Plus even there they mess on which episode I am on
