Kum & Go

When the app updated in the spring, I lost most of the features for why I signed up for loyalty. Called customer service as to why I couldn’t get into the app via my sign In information and they said it’s a problem that’s being worked on. I downloaded the Casey’s rewards app and have loved it since!

This app will always log me out randomly and I can never log back in with the a pop up that says “error from server” I’ll change my password and try to log in again, but get the same message. This is getting very frustrating. I was ever only able to log in ONCE and it only lasted a day before it just logged me out and gave me the same issue all over again. And it has gotten on my last nerve..

I really liked this app . It was easy to use easy to pay , alway gave at least 2cent discount on gas. All is gone . Going to have to find another rewards app .

app never works, I’ve changed my password multiple times and on the app it never lets me log in. Always say another server error occurred.

This store has AWESOME employees! They are friendly and very helpful. The manager is great, too! The store is always clean and so is the outside. I have totally quit going to the Speedway across the street. Kum & Go hands down, beats out Speedway!

Love that we can get the discount I can sit in my car and do the credit card part however, it definitely has its ups and downs the last few months. I’m sure you’re working on the changes on the back end but please I’m gonna have to start going to Caseys.

I much preferred the get 10 cents off a gallon option. I hate that the points have to be redeemed in the store. Why can’t I use it on a tank of gas?

I am so disappointed that you can no longer pay through the app at the pump. What happened to this feature?

You use to be able to allocate your points to use for a discount in gas. If I could rate below one star I would.

I can’t use the app to pay for gas anymore from the app. The mobile credit card readers (tap to pay) on the pumps don’t work anymore.
