Maverik app

I always look for a way to endorse and compliant at a business. When I do have to provide basic non positive feedback it is with words of think about or consider this. Feel like this is scathing. Buyout not great so far. This app is completely useless. No forgot password link. Call a 800 number and the phone tree is unresponsive. Having no app would be a better business model than the wonky and inaccessible functionality of this app. Consider pulling the app or sinking some programming money into it.

I remember buying gas and receiving points, then exchanging points into the the app for a chance to win, with more the 15,000 points entered and separate occasions that equal to the amount I never once got a mention or anything, gas prices are great but point and reward system is bad.

How are you gonna go and take over stores that have better online infrastructure than yourselves? Your app and website are TRASH! Whoever is head of your app and marketing should be fired. They are only hurting your company. You have great food and great stores and complete utter trash of an online presence.

There’s only two things I like about Maverick—gas price with rewards and the DIET Cherry Coke fountain (When they’re not out of it). The app and the stores are not in sync. The Rocklin CA location denied my free refill clearly posted in the app! Always a lot going wrong at Maverick especially at the West Sacramento location.

In order to sign up for the app they request more information than setting up a bank account. Additionally it’s almost impossible to complete the sign up process. This was a complete waste of my time.

Every other day I use this app I can not log in!

How many times do I need to call and enter my info every time I need to use my card!

I have tried logging in and using forgotten passwords methods consistently and it will never work. Same error code every time!

Horrible app. I created the account and was able to access the app once. Since then it says my log in or password is incorrect. Or to update in the App Store. I have updated, and created a new password… multiple times without success.
