LA Clippers + Intuit Dome

RUINED MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT WITH DISAPPEARING TICKETS. Horrible experience, bought very expensive stubhub tickets and set this app up. Tickets appeared and were accepted… then completely disappeared from my account. Spent 3 hours going back and forth between Intuit, stubhub, and Ticketmaster trying to resolve this. If you search “Intuit dome tickets disappear” this is a known issue and has happened to many other people. Intuit reported you may have to accept tickets multiple times due to a “glitch.” Ticketmaster has no record of my tickets (despite sending me an email from Ticketmaster to accept them) and said to contact stubhub and Intuit dome. Super frustrating- their technical integrations DO NOT WORK AND LEAVE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I’m so sad I spent so much money on this Christmas gift and have an account with no tickets and no answers. If you run into this - some people on Reddit have had luck with logging out and logging back in this app multiple times or uninstalling and reinstalling this app and the tickets magically reappear, but that did not work for me. Ticketmaster’s back end portal for Intuit Dome to troubleshoot is also down and shows error messages. HORRIBLE TECH “SOLUTION”

It is absolutely ridiculous that this venue requires every person in your party to download this app and provide their name, email, and phone number. It is an overt violation of privacy, a blatant effort to harvest your data, and an absurd barrier to going to a basketball game or concert. I hope this is addressed in court.

You would think they would have tested this. It doesn’t work.

Horrendous app that makes you enter an excessive amount of personal information to attend an event. Various tasks cannot be found on the app, e.g., purchasing a parking pass.

This is the most unuserfriendly app I've ever used. They've way over designed it to make it so you need to be an IT geek to use it.

All i want to do is buy tickets and go to a game. They make it impossible. I bought tickets on stubhub, verified tickets. Loaded the app, followed directions, signed up for the fan club, linked my car, face for profile. When i try to download the stubhub tickets i to the app, they appeared for an hour and then disappeared, never to return. The seller jeeps sending me emails but it just wont download into the app. This is a nightmare! Clippers, you need to fix this process, i have spent hours and stress trying to just get tickets, to no avail.

Could be an award winner for worst app ever. Trying to do too much and doing it all poorly. Crashes every time I launch it, and it worked for me once (even though I hated every second I had to use it). Please kill this and go to Ticketmaster (can’t believe I’m saying this, I hate them so much but I hate this app more). Hubris laiden visions and offshore execution.

Thank you for the most recent update! The issue I was experiencing was fixed. My tickets and parking pass now show up in the app, and all I have to do now is transfer them over to my family members' phones.

This app must be illegal. I spent $1500 on tickets for me and my family and I regret it wholeheartedly. I just learned my tickets require that I download this app. The app requires personal information that is unequivocally not necessary to enter a stadium. To add insult to injury, the app is not just difficult to use, it mandates the same illegal request for personal information of ALL attendees. There’s no mention of how a child without a phone enters the stadium. Oh, and you’ll need to upload your credit card information into their app in order to buy anything. This app is a hacker’s paradise. I’m looking forward to the Clippers selling all my information. I guess I’ll go to a Lakers game next time?
