Can’t even register an account to print labels. fix it

Trying to log in and register for the first time but won’t take my email. Going to have to return this printer

Bunch of flaws. Must allow full access to photo's being a minor one, big one is you literally can't use the app! It works when you first download it, but if you exit out of the app and go back in, it makes you log in. That would be fine, except the login doesn't work! It gets stuck in this please wait stage. This needs to be fixed

App is asking for a log in/register now but always gives the “network error” status message whenever I attempt to. Even if I try to sign in as a guest. Without being able to log in, my label printer is useless.

Just bought a printer and downloaded the app. App works until you actually try to print and then it crashes and freezes up.

I used this app pretty much every day. Now I am forced to log in and it doesn’t let me. Can’t print labels anymore.

I don’t want to give full access to my photos! Why can’t this be like other apps and just let me pick the photos I want this app to have access to?? This screams privacy issues. Other than that the app seems to work fine for printing labels and I don’t have issues connecting or printing and seems to have a decent set of features. Will update my rating if the above complaint is resolved.

Fundamentals of the applications are fine, but forces user to provide full access to photo roll to allow any image printing. This is against section 5.1.1 (data collection and storage) and needs to be fixed. 1 star for being a bad actor and this dark pattern that exploits users’ (meta) data.

Works great printing my shipping labels

Absolutely garbage 90 percent of the time. It worked great the first day then no now can’t get any devices to connect to it they all see it but they won’t connect to it I can’t sign in because in order to sign in the app HAS TO send you a code to sign in but it NEVER does. So now I have a paper weight
