there’s simply too many notifications. from the relentless “new order available” to the repeating “tips”. it’s so annoying. there’s 50-100 notifications in the 10 minutes i’m driving. you can imagine how annoying it is to have your phone pinging you constantly. and there’s no comprehensive settings for these too. i really hope they update the app so we can choose what notifications we want.

1. There’s always a pop up notification and it’s always at a very inconvenient time 2. There’s no filtering option. eg: “car’s order only”

Customer already cancel their order and on the driver apps, the job still available. So, the driver take the cancel job(unknown already canceled by customer). After the driver call the customer and learn about canceled order, the driver cancel the order. Unfortunately, the rider forcely to pause the job because the driver cancel the canceled job. Totally unfair. It your mistake. Why canceled order still available on the driver apps?

Suggest that: 1. Allow able to do filter by car or motorcycle, more filtering options will be great. 2. Allow to do more detail settings for Notication, example: Do not push notification when an order is in progress. Driver need to keep eyes on the navigator but the notifications keep on pushing. Quite annoying. At least let user to amend based on own preferences.

Rate rendah sangat, kalau 20km baru rm20-30 depends on barang, kene buat lebih 10 trip baru boleh cover minyak kalau 4x4, tu jelah
