dont ever believe their adv full of ljw 1 day $500 as long as hard working , i worked from 9am till 8pm nonstop only earn $150 plus and after cutting cost of petrol and car only bring back less than $50. i think cleaners under our block earn more than this. fix ur rate lalamove this is singapore nothing is cheap. us drivers got mouth to feed and bills to pay.

Horrendous customer service. Couldn’t get to anyone using the live chat. Spend 30mins waiting because customer didn’t pickup call. Tried contacting lala customer service in the app and I was stuck at the ‘finding an agent to assist you’ for an extended period of time. Such a pathetic customer support.

Not user friendly . Sometimes no reception cannot snap the screenshot and ended up unable to submit images for the job completed

Too much spam notifications and fast battery drain

Too much internal advertising that spams the notification until I have to turn off notification for this app

Instead of seeing what the customer paid shouldnt i be able to see what im going to get instead? Whats the point of showing how much the customer paid when im deciding which job to accept. Seriously needs to be changed 🙄

Arrived at customer place and goods was over weight or too big to be fit in. “Customer oh sorry I think I call wrong” Contacted live support for this issue good luck waiting for them or if customer never cancel you can’t take orders or get ban for 30mins and the trip down to the customer place and the time wasted bare at your own cost.

Worst delivery job app ever. Firstly, the platform favours the clients more than their partners. Clients cancel and they are not charged anything but when partners cancel, they are suspended from taking orders for 30mins. Addresses are so confusing. Sometimes are in postal code, sometimes in full address. And alot of scammers and loansharks are using this platform to harrass people. And you can only withdraw your earning at the end of the week and it takes 3 b***y working days to receive it THIS APP IS A JOKE.
