Lane Rewards by Lane Bryant

This App Is pretty terrible. Not one single thing is searchable in the search bar. So frustrating! The back button takes forever and when you press it again it goes back to the page before the one intended. I also have to login every single time I use it. All of this has been going on for years. Please Lane Bryant, it’s 2024.

Love the app, but it always takes too much time to finally load!!!

For the past month or more I keep getting an error message randomly while browsing the app. It says “NO INTERNET CONNECTION THE FEATUES (which is misspelled) in this area require internet connectivity. Please connect to internet and and try again.” I am connected to the internet and have no issues with ANY other app or website but Lane Bryant. I also have the same issues everyone else has reported within the past few weeks. Very frustrating!

This is a frustrating app. Probably my least favorite shopping app. 1) I cannot search for anything. I search and there are no results, ever. 2) I cannot zoom in. 3) I need to sign in. All the time. Even with “remember me” selected.

It’s really irritating to click on a clothing item only to have to wait to open the pictures while the app tells me how many people are viewing the item currently and that it’s “trending“. Not every item of clothing on your app can be “trending”.

When I try to open the app, it says it needs to be updated. When I go to the App Store it says I have the latest version. So I’m unable to use the app until this glitch is fixed.

I agree with other reviews about the lag time when you click on an item. The website is not much better in this instance. But what I ABSOLUTELY hate is that I have to login in SEVERAL times when I am in the app. And if I want to check my balance or pay my card, there is a separate login which then logs me out and I have to log back in again. I would rather it just take me out of the app (like other apps do) rather than log me out. This does NOT happen with any of the other store apps (JCP, Belk, Walmart, Sam’s, Kohls, Target). I don’t understand why they can’t get this fixed. And I really wish they would implement a pick up in store option or even show me if a certain item and size is available at a local store, again like other apps. Get with the times Lane Bryant!

1 today I tried to search for “jeans” abd other common terms and nothing comes up. Why? 2 I have to enter my user name and password every time, even though I check off to keep me signed in. 3 when browsing items and i select the back arrow it goes back to the top of the list so I have to start over again. 4 checkout process is not efficient by having to select shipping address and payment info (should be defaulted) This app needs a serious overhaul to make the shopping experience a better one.

App says update needed - click to update yet when I click on it the only option is to "open the app" and it just keeps going in circles - sooooo guess I can't use this anymore

Today it’s telling me it needs “updation” even after I’ve updated it. It’s always quirky and testy, and I have to work really really hard to get all the way through to checkout.
