I had subscribed this app for USD 23 for 3 months, but I haven’t used the app much. But now they have charged me USD 77 without my consent. I had requested for a refund, as I am not interested in the app. But as per their customer service, they can’t do a refund. I don’t understand the logic if a customer is not interested in your service, then why force them to use it.
