New updates do not work
I recently updated the app and all my bookmarks are gone. Also whatever books I read are not even showing in the history. It says the data failed to load.
Unable to Access Discounted Subscription Price
I am trying to subscribe to the app at the discounted price of ₹1479, but whenever I proceed to the payment page, it shows the full price of ₹2699 instead. This seems like a technical issue. Could you please clarify how I can complete the subscription at the discounted rate? I look forward to your assistance in resolving this. Thank you!
No trail
At least you should provide trial so that we can know what we are getting
Its just summary of books not whole book
Waste of money it’s just summary of books not whole. If you want to read book then you have to buy again. Refund my money it’s not worth to buy this just to read summary
Froud
This is a Froud app . Don’t subscribe it’s going in the drain . After paying for subscription there is no information coming . Please be aware of the fraud .
Fraud
I’ve paid 500/Month subscription and my money got debited and when i open my app to use it was not giving access to books as it was written their that we can have access over 30000+ books but it was not giving me permission it shows to subscription page and my money got wasted i need services for which i paid for or my money refunded as soon as possible.
Can’t read any books
I have paid the amount of 500 INR for the first month and amount is deducted from my account but still I can’t read any books and after going into the app it shows 1300INR offer per year but why don’t they show before paying the monthly or yearly amount , useless user experience 🥲. I want justice please LeapAhead refund my amount or give access to read books .

Is this app for summary of book? Or can I listen to a whole book, word to word?
Disappointed
I had very high hopes from this app. I subscribed to it. Then I experienced this is the worst app ever . When thr screen goes off the book stops. The audio is not audible on silnet mode. If you exit the app the, instead of running in the background the audio stops. Means the app is useless. I need a refund through this platform because there are so many othet books for the same.
