Lebara

Bought the sim for my sons first phone. Can’t get the cheap plan advertised without buying a new sim online. I don’t have time for this rubbish. Optus it is.

The app keeps logging me out so it's no better than using a web browser. Also many of the functions require you to use a web browser to access them anyway so really, what's the point of the app?

Lebara was alright the reception has never been the best but well valued for money. Past couple week I have been having lots of issues. Cannot make phone calls 80% of the times. Just says call failed or says nothing like death out going calls. I have restarted my phone and network reset over 10 times in the past week as I was suggested by lebara customer service after being put on hold for 45mintes but hasn’t helped at all. I’m going to change my provider but unfortunately I paid for the service until November 2024.

If you ever need to deal with customer support, I would not recommend Lebara. Yesterday I was on hold for 45 mins waiting. Today I’m enduring staggered comms by chat. It’s infuriating that they trickle out questions like ‘how are you?’ while you’ve explained yr problem and waited for a reply for 15 mins already. They might think they’re being clever with delay tactics, answering as many calls as possible but I guarantee you *all* the custard equally annoyed rather than ‘supported’. My contract expires in weeks. I’ll be taking my account - and the new account for my kid - elsewhere!

They don't have any online chat customer service. If they do why the service can't answer you question. It's so hard to safeguard legitimate rights and interests.

this app charged my card multiple times for no reason, i ran out of data and went to buy an extra 25gb and it charged me and still shown 0kb data and 0kb in data bank??

This is the worse app. If you forget your pin to login and you try to reset your pin, it won’t give you anything and you will just be wasting your time waiting for the email to come through. And guess what ? You get nothing !!!!

I was trying to activate a sim card using this app but was told my first name is “invalid” because it has spaces. Dear developers, it’s year 2023 now, don’t validate input fields using the 1990’s mindset. Be inclusive. Many cultures have spaces in their names. Even driver licenses allow spaces in first name.

Well ! Switch to them from Boost Mobile and Amaysim (both of them are wonderful and I left them because the price went up). Tried this one and it’s is A BIG FRAUD. Just 7 days since I used it, mobile date gone from 425gb to 380gb. Like 45 hb gone ridiculously. I tried to calculate all MBs in the history page and it’s just around 5 gb. Really? I can’t contact customer service except a long call to their number. And their website’s last post is in2021. Don’t be fool . This company needs to be investigated 😡😡😡
