I tried putting I was in America, I tried taking out the symbol of the password. Still cannot create an account. App does not work!

Whenever i try signing up it says the password needs to be 6-12 character long and must have letters. My password is 12 letter long. Still not working.

robot used to be smart, to clean a corridor it would go on straight lines until the end of the corridor, optimizing time. Now it goes sideways 🤦... tried resetting the maps saved but nothing helped.. please fix this, thanks!

If you’re in Canada put USA. This is a Chinese app/product and they wanna track Americans and not Canadians apparently….ha

The latest version 2.9.5 has completely broken the set routine. The Vacuum does not run at the set time. It used to do it without any issue before this update. Please fix urgently!

The scheduler only offers to clean the whole area. Its really frustrating because I want only certain area of the house cleaned daily and the rest weekly. Please fix this bug.

Registered easily. App works fine. Vacuum robot is fine as well.

Overall, app does its job nicely. Easily connected with the robot vacuum cleaner, also with Google home.
