I just bought the device and the app will not accept any password

Things to know to save you time and avoid frustration. When setting up the password, do not use any symbols. I used ChatGPT to generate my password using the app’s rules and it worked. Make sure you connect your phone to your 2.4G wifi connection. You won’t be able to pair your phone with the robot if you’re using a 5G connection. There are many ways to create a 2.4G connection, like changing the settings in your router, but because I didn’t have access to it, I had to use my wifi extender. Turn off your location while using the app, you don’t need that.

1. Don’t copy and paste your password, manually type it both times. 2. Don’t use your phone number, select your region and use email. 3. You don’t need to keep location on for the app to work - disable access after set up. Can’t imagine why a robot vacuum needs my phone’s location. 4. Use random-mode, spiral, or edge. The smart or arranged mode seems to get the vacuum stuck the most. 5. Enjoy your robot vacuum!

I am trying to sign up for the first time and I’ve tried more than 200 different passwords! It doesn’t accept!

After 3 weeks of running totally fine the app and the robot disconnected from each other. The app now will not pick up my wifi or connect to the robot. I went from being so happy with this product to being disappointed really fast. Cannot leave reviews on their Amazon store to reflect this. Buyer beware.

Really convenient to check how much charging and to set vaccum speed. Really good app

Save your time in trouble and don't try this app. It does not work in anyway it will offer nothing but frustrations. How unfortunate save yourself the time in trouble. This is not the app you want to use it does not work.!!!!!

App is easy to use and very functional. Robot was easy to connect and works great.
