I had purchased the e book from Lexis Nexis online website where there was no mention of exclusive access only from this pathetic app that has no basic features. Bluntly cheating the users and showing legal terms and conditions even where this mandatory clause of exclusive access finds no mention. I’m okay with using a separate application but at least provide basic features of annotation storage.

I use this app to read material on my Ipad. App however allows to interact with apple pencil for highlighting and annotations, but upon exiting the app or a particular document that you were reading all your annotations and marks on any page by are gone, only highlights remain, upon revisiting the same document. And when you switch into reading mode drawing can’t be done on the page, though at the time of reading you can highlight a particular text, but those highlights will again be gone and not stored once you exit the mode. Also I feel there should be a control added with the help of which the moment you touch a text via pencil or otherwise it is underlined or highlighted instead of long pressing each time and separate control bar dedicated to apple pencil for choosing the ink colour and types as in many reading apps nowadays is available.

Thankfully the Apple Pencil is supported now. I hope these guys will further improve this feature to make note taking and all as seamless as Goodnotes/Notability App.

Your highlights, earmarks vanish once you lose the file….no technical support extended by customer care..don’t waste your money and efforts….useless e-books…waste of money
