Your highlights, earmarks vanish once you lose the file….no technical support extended by customer care..don’t waste your money and efforts….useless e-books…waste of money

I use this app to read material on my Ipad. App however allows to interact with apple pencil for highlighting and annotations, but upon exiting the app or a particular document that you are reading currently when you revisit the documents all your annotations and drawing on page by apple pencil are gone, only highlights remain. And when you switch into reading mode drawing can’t be done on the page, though at the time of reading you can highlight a particular text, but those highlights will again be gone and not stored once you exit the mode. Also I feel there should be a control added with the help of which the moment you touch a text via pencil or otherwise it is underlined or highlighted instead of long and pressing each time and separate control bar dedicated to apple pencil for choosing the ink colour and types as in many reading apps nowadays is available.
