The app does not work won’t let you past the login page without error

I want to give you the money I owe. It’s kind of hard to do that when your app is dog piss covered in cat feces. Email authentication doesn’t work. Can’t even complete the action without an error. Please fix for New Brunswick. Please. For once. Please.

For reference, I’m a customer in New Brunswick. I cannot log in and it does not even let me submit a form for feedback. As per title, it is just wasted space on my iPhone. As a matter of fact, I can’t even log in online and the customer service team has been less than helpful. It’s been 3 months and I still can’t even log in online! I have had to pay for my balance over the phone ever since. The only reason they can get away with this terrible customer service is because here there is no other natural gas provider. I would’ve left in a heartbeat ages ago! I can’t wait when providers come in soon so I can finally leave you.

This app will not let you copy and paste. This means you must manually type in all account information. The select boxes are not intuitive but they are at least consistent in their execution. I don’t enjoy having to select the state every time I login, it should be saved.

When the app first rolled out it was wonderful and everything functioned. Then almost a year ago, an update was made that broke the ability to pay the bill using the app. It hasn’t worked since. Also the has been no communication regather app Or issues or giving an ETA when it will be fixed.

I can’t see my statement. I submitted a request for help. They called and the person wasn’t able to help me. She forwarded me to the IT department. I sat on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. I still can’t see my statement.

I can never get the app to work to pay my bill!

Have yet to be able to go pay a bill with this app.

I’ve two properties and being able to quickly see the bill for my rental property helps with getting that paid asap. Also I travel a lot so being able to see what I owe when I’m not home puts me at ease.

I love this App thanks for making it very easy!
