It does not work
The app constantly requires update which is senseless! Every time before i need to use app (card) it says 'need to be updated' without any options! Pls fire your marketing manager and all IT
Don’t loads app not loads content, only card
Despite a number of emails the app does not work properly meaning the numerous if us are not able to receive the social prices nor build up our total spend to get the money back coupon,. Despite a number of emails regarding this matter the situation remains. None of your cashiers are at all surprised when we say the card doeswork as they are well aware of the problem. What does Lidl intend to do about this as basically all that is written not the discounts etc is basically false advertising when you are aware of this problem. I have numerous receipts of which only a small portion show any discounts. Many of the products purchased in good faith were paid for at full price and of course nothing was added to my total spend. Does Lidl intend to sort this problem or do we have to shop else where. Kathie

Terrible app. Slow to start up with stupid so called gift boxes waisting your time and offering things that you rarely buy. Does not allow you to select favourite products on offer to create a kind of shopping list. Only benefit is to accumulate spent over a month in order to a tiny value coupon. Shame on Lidl to this App
Stop sending notifications about app updates when there is no update. Make a difference between Android and iOS updates in the app. 4 days in a row you ask me to update 4 days in a row there is no update. 🤦♂️ Also why do I have to activate coupons manually? Shouldn’t they be activated automatically?
I’ve been using this app for more than a year and suddenly a few months ago it asked me to sign in again. I couldn’t remember my password and I clicked to reset it. I never managed to go through the proper steps of doing that as there is an issue with the app and it kept redirecting me. I contacted customer support and they simply told me to sign in on a browser which doesn’t work as there is no option to sign in. Not sure if this is an iPhone issue but I’m not happy with the customer support for the app.
