Мне привезли испорченный заказ. А оформить заявку/жалобу я не могу, приложение регистрацию жалобы с австрийским номером не проводит по неизвестной причине. И денег нет, и еды нет, и обратиться в поддержку не получается.

Always late , never in time! No contact ways except email , they dont care about service! And its hard to get money back if delivery didnt compelete !!!

In any other food delivery app, there are such pictures, and in your app, it’s hard to figure out from the description sometimes how the dish looks like

I ordered a food 15 of Oktober. In 2 hours called to restaurant and they said that the problem with lieferando and they will not deliver. I requested refund from lieferando and then got standard automatic email “we are sorry” and did not get money back.

I have used this application more than once, but they just didn't bring me food for the 4th order and wrote off the money, I wrote to the mail, no one answered, real scammers, I don't advise anyone, just steal my money, I don't advise anyone

I used this app in Berlin a few times and it was fine. But yesterday I ordered food for almost 40 euro and they never deleted it! I couldn’t get in touch with them, support is impossible to get! My e-mails are ignored, the money is gone. The worst experience of delivery service. This is absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional.

I try to delete it the 50th time and it appears again. I hate this app.

Everything works well until dishonest vendor. I waited my order 3 hr instead of 40 min, all that time the status in the app was «you order is cooking”, then “you order is about to deliver”. It had not finally delivered at all. Technical support is silent, no any answer. No money back option and no rating system in the ordering window to understand this before ordering. I want my 47 EUR back! UPD: Regarding developers reply. I tried to contact support team by provided email THREE times before write this feedback. NO ANY ANSWER at all. Order number: #T0ZZTJ

I ordered food through this app, the payment was taken immediately, but the order never came. I wrote to their support service, but there was no reaction. The next day, in General, my order was deleted in the app and it says that I don't have any orders. So I do not advise you, just waste your money and nerves. I apologize in advance for my English.
