Nonostante sia in early access è davvero interessante poter parlare con qualcuno in una lingua straniera senza paura di sbagliare e imbarazzarsi. Lo trovo davvero utile

Essendo un amante dell'apprendimento delle lingue, ho provato tante applicazioni diverse e questa si avvicina molto alla perfezione. La possibilità di parlare con l'ia ma allo stesso tempo di vedere trascritto il testo è una svolta, come la possibilità di avere delle frasi consigliate nell'eventualità di essere alle prime armi con una lingua. L'app per me sarebbe perfetta se avessi l'opportunità di SELEZIONARE nelle frasi dell'avatar, le parole che non conosco, in modo di creare una sorta di vocabolario che va arricchendosi di volta in volta, magari con delle flashcard che permettano di ripassare questi vocaboli nuovi. Spero che il feedback possa aiutare ad arricchire questa fantastica app!

I love Norwegian but it’s kind of a hard language to grasp. One on one lessons with tutors are way too expensive for me plus I don’t really NEED Norwegian, it’s more like a hobby. So I have been brushing up my skills on this app which I think is well done and really cool. Love the 3D graphics. Make it feel more like a little game that helps me speak. Plus, I don’t know any Norwegian person, so I got the chance to practice with the avatars.

Let’s be honest. You can study all the grammar in this world, but you’ll never speak well you don’t..well..speak? I have dreamed of an app like this for years. I have learned more in a few weeks than in years at school. I love how the avatars react to your speech and the fact you can get feedback after the conversations. The points, the fluency score etc are also a nice touch. So far I love it!

Lingolooper is an app you come across only every once in a blue moon. I’ve been trying forever to find a way to seriously immerse myself with the languages I want to learn and have genuine / meaningful conversations. Not only can I have conversations with “local avatars” even if I’m just starting to learn a language, I can also take everything at my own pace and actively note down everything (+download transcripts!) so I can practice later. I’m genuinely addicted to this app, like I would be to a video game AND it’s educational. The layout is approachable and honestly nostalgic for me. It makes a lot of sense why you have to pay a subscription fee for this app, it’s obvious the developers have put a lot of thought, energy and creativity into the design and experience. Y’all should ditch Duolingo, this app is everything you’d want and more, it’s sooooo worth it. Thank you Lingolooper team for making this cool app!!

If you’ve taken a few years of a language in high school or college and want to start being able to polish conversational fluency, this is the perfect app. It’s like a game where you chat with different people and just practice speaking and listening to the language. Think of it like immersion but through an app. If you get stuck you can ask for suggestions and as you speak it will correct your speech as well. I started using this last week and already my speaking, pronunciation, grammar and listening skills has improved.

Really liking this app and looking forward to seeing how it develops over time. It’s so helpful with thinking of responses quickly and learning new vocab. And because it’s AI, there’s no pressure to say everything perfectly. It’s helping me feel more comfortable before I actually speak with others! I do wish some of the dialogue was more advanced. With French, I’m learning about sentence structure and little things like saying “la leur” in a sentence is more what I want to practice vs repeating the sentence structure in a way that avoids that. Hopefully I’m making sense. But it may not be the app’s fault! It’s probably based on what level I was placed at when I signed up. But regardless, love the app and definitely recommend it!

Perfect for what I’ve been looking for. Immersion is one of the most important ways of learning a language and this helped me so much!
