Little Family Room for Parents

Need to improve to have a meal section for teacher to update , like eating what kind of food , portion is large or extra more , or little . Not just photo update. Same goes to Daily update for learning part If there is columns to let teacher tick or fill will be better , rather than just update photos.

Sometimes up to 15mins. Sometimes it wont even load at all so you have to exit the app refresh and try again. Not a wonderful experience

Teacher did not check children and the check in time is too slow

Cannot see the updates for health

Pay button is now available and easy for parents to pay school fee directly from the app 👍🏻

Really amazed with the Apps abilities and their features. So far no problem at all using it. Happy to see my child’s everyday updates :)

Can’t view health activities as well as post health activity.

May we know why daily updates for this app? And even though there is no bulletins to show, why the app shows always red icon which indicates i have on notification? Pls fix it.

As the app is more to daily updates of our child, I have some feedbacks: 1. Chats Option for Parents: there isn’t a way for parents to initiate/create a chat/topic to speak to the teachers in charge. We can only use old chats with different topics and communicate from there (ie: want to ask about rashes on body but available old chat title is “Concert”). Will be great if there’s an option for parents to start a chat/conversation. 2. The daily check in/out: this is also not accurate at this point of time, it doesn’t tabulate the days our child is absent, it shows 100% attendance. Please assist to fix that. 3. Weight/Height/etc Info Input: till date, we are still unable to input the weight/height info directly into the app. By right with an app, we should be able to do it but still need to get to the www to input all of these. Please assist to fix this. Other than that, the app is great for parents to see how the child develop weekly. Please keep up the good effort to improve this app! Thank you!
