The new Sleep-o-rhythm is a game changer. No more mum math to work out what to do if your baby wakes early from naps. The app is a hive of information to help parents settle into a rhythm with a baby. And the troubleshooting now just got even easier. I told everyone about Little Ones before. Now it’s even better!
Although the app in itself is good, it has tainted my experience with the terrible terms and conditions around billing and subscriptions! Not only does the subscription NOT show up on your iPhone Apple ID making you think the annual subscription has been stopped. It also invoices you and bills you in the same breath, leaving you no time to cancel. And if that’s not bad enough, they invoice you one amount only to take a different amount out of your account. Claiming at the very end they change the dollar to the American dollar! That is stated no where on the invoice. VERY MISLEADING! VERY UNHAPPY! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS APP TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE!
This app is pointless. Once you’ve signed up and filled out details you have to purchase a fairly expensive subscription to even use it. Don’t bother!
The app is so great. It’s functionality and usability is first class. The program helped my two girls so much and made me a more confidant mother.
The app itself is great but the information and the program is a one size fits all. Definitely did not suit my baby and I was really disappointed that I spent so much money on this program.

I wish I had this app for my other 2 children. I’ve only been following the app for 2 days and already I’ve seen a fast improvement in my 5 months old sleep. It takes away the entire mental load/guess work of sleep and feeds. It’s easy to use and follow. The best 2 features are - the tracking device that changes the schedule you follow to what your baby is doing. AMAZING - trouble shooting - annoyingly babies don’t read the manual when they are born. The app tells you what to do when your baby doesn’t do what the ‘book’ says! There is a plan to follow for every scenario. If you are thinking of getting a sleep consultant for your baby that doesn’t sleep. DON’T!!!! **Get this app** it’s far cheaper and it works!
Once you pay for this they pretty much are rude and don’t even try to understand your stress. Don’t bother Ur the parent go with your gut
This app has been so useful for getting my little one sleeping better. The schedule is so quick to reference and customise, the lessons are easy to find and read through and the support through the village is fantastic value! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their baby’s sleep without hiring a private sleep consultant.
