First I bought a trial subscription and Family sharing didn't work, then I bought a subscription for a month and Family sharing didn't work again, then I bough another sub. for a month and Family sharing didn't work again

No thank you but thank you for helping the deaf community. Again $9.99 a month?? Nah.. Should be free just alike tty and VP.. due to communicate accessibility for deaf community.

Paid for a years subscription. Didn’t work with any reliably. Cancelled auto renewal. Keep trying but zilch on cellular or Wi-Fi. Over six months. No change. Bogus app. If you have any credibility you would refund in full.

For bilingual environment , it would be very useful to switch language while in transcribing mode. If it's hard to adopt it, just selecting primary and secondary language by one click would be nice. In everyday life, selecting one of 70 language is not a convenient method.

What kind of garbage evil company makes deaf people pay $1,600 a year just to have a conversation and interact with other people who don’t know asl. You are truly truly evil.

At this writing, I am very frustrated. I’ve paid for a monthly subscription (looking forward to subscribing long term), it shows in settings on my phone that I am subscribed, but when I open the app, I cannot log in and I cannot use the app. What’s the deal??? I purchased other apps before and have not had this problem.

Very expensive

I downloaded the app last Friday immediately after finding it. My Spouse and I were in synagogue when she threw up her hands in frustration because she couldn't make out the words being spoken from the Bima. She really wanted to understand the next speaker. I looked up transcription and found you with just enough time to catch the beginning of the speech. My spouse was incredibly impressed and relieved and smiling -- joyful at end of the evening. Of course I bought the app. I will be buying it again to put on my Spouse's own phone, and I will also likely download the related section of the app that will transcribe her phone calls. From what I read later, I'm pretty sure this is the best app for the purpose. Thank you all three!

This is an excellent program. I use it because I am hard of hearing and I can’t hear in public meetings or frequently from the television, but by transcribing the information I’m able to keep up. I also have innocaption caption phone service the live transcribe costs money, but I have found it is well worth the price.

I have been trying this for 2 days now. Even just sitting around the table. It only transcribes the words that I understand without it and misses everything else. I tried Live Transcribe+ which worked very well but there is a limit on how much you can use. Also it is kind of expensive.
