Live Transcribe

I really like this app but the cost of a monthly subscription has put me off using it. I use the free sister app ‘Hearing Helper’ instead. If there was a one-off fee to buy the app like there used to be I’d buy without hesitation as I’m losing my hearing and I have a deaf family member. I can’t justify the cost along with all the other subscription services out there.

It’s day 4 since I installed this app & I forgot to cancel my three day three trial & £79.99 has come out of my account today (I’ve had the app for four days) but haven’t used it as when I did in a noisy environment it wasn’t useful to me.. Can I please get a refund as I’m informing you of ths slip of my mind straight away and have not used the app. Thank you & apologies for the inconvenience.

Once the free time is up. Your only options is £9.99 a month or £79.99 per year. Not paying that much. I was interested in the £47.99 per year sub. But no option to choose it.

This app is brilliant. I’m profoundly deat and use it every day. I can honestly say that it has changed my life,WELL DONE.

Been a customer for a few months now and all of a sudden I had an issue with using the app due to approval being needed that I could not amend. I contacted support who gave a possible solution and they then offered compensation 2 weeks ago (£10 amazon voucher) all I had to do was confirm my email for them to send it. Since then after me sending numerous messages/emails asking when I’m going to receive this compensation I have been ignored. Awful and very unprofessional.

I enjoy using this app, I’m keeping this app on both my iOS and iPadOS as I am not seeing the transcribing service is ready yet for iOS 16 and UK English built in. I use it for work conferences at present. It’s awesome with the internet enabled. Keep it up.

I’ve sampled quite a few speech to text apps. This app picks up most patiently and accurately of all of them. I like how it writes the text as an ongoing document and not small time-stamped snippets.

Pretty damn accurate. Can be helpful with phone calls if used with another phone/ipad.
