Keeps crashing
Even with the latest update claiming iOS 14 support resolved, the app is useless as it keeps crashing when opened.

Doesn’t work on iPad.
Just installed on my iPad air2 running iOS 13.4.1 and the app closes when I login.

Stopped working
The App was OK until it stopped working on my IPhone 10R. Perhaps an update is required.
Charge twice and then blamed by operator
If you never have an issue fine but if you have any minor dispute they do not help at all. My sim card needed reactivating which i pressed to do, it auto charged me. I then decided after five years of over paying id downgrade. It charged me a whole month again. I called to get refunded the difference but response was i accepted their tncs and thats my fault. Didn’t matter their ux didn’t show it clearly or i was a great customer of five years. I apparently made a mistake so that was that. Honestly id rather pay more elsewhere to have some decent service
