Cannot playback micro SD card video
Cannot review any SD card video from iPhone apps . But ok in computer . Pls fix

Poor online video streaming and connection
It had been aroused my prime concern on company's online camera product and mobile apps recently. A poor online video streaming and connection frequently happened which cannot be functioned promptly and worked properly while in connection (e.g. the error message showed an error domain, how come it used to work properly a year ago since the setup had been done). Under such circumstance, the camera cannot be used and please can you kindly rectify this problem or provide any update patch to fix this issue since IOS 8 launched. Thanks for your consideration and take an immediate action ASAP.
Problem in playback
There is a bug in the recent clip function! It won't load older clips! This is a problem that made the premium service useless! May I know when will this bug be fixed? It's been a while already!
Poor quality
Very disappointed and an improved version is necessary.
Unclear image and serious delay
I think this app has a serious problem. Image quality is poor and there is a delay of 25 seconds. No such issues when viewing through PC app and web browser (about 3 seconds delay instead). Very disappointing as the product is expensive and my friends who are using some other China brands that are half the price has no issues at all!
time delay
live cam will time delay around 16~20 second on mobile phone & web
Sometimes cannot load the video
Need some fix on loading the video. The video cannot be load after selecting the video more than once.
Nice cam app...
Nice.. but sometime can't connect over 3G environment... and also lack of audio support...
