Logitech Alert

Message about wrong pass or login. But login and pass are correct. Could you fix it, please?

Playback has disappeared from the App. Support from Logitech is the worst I have experienced. There is no access to actual help or support. This App and the mess with Alert Cameras is a sad reflection on the Logitech Company

This App doesn't seem to be supported by Logitech any more. Playback doesn't work.

It's a 50/50 chance if the app opens or not. You have to keep closing the app and opening it again for it to login. I've had this issue on multiple iPhones / iPads.

I have 4 cameras at two different locations. This App works pretty well for me on IPad, iPhone, MacBook & PC. It's been reported that Logitech have stopped making the cameras which is a shame. I hope that support for the Apps continues please.

A god attempt but updates to this and the other software come very rarely. So much so that suspicion that Logitech will drop these cameras is rife. Come on Logitech how about some updates that capture the 'wanted' threads.

Very simple easy to set up system and view anywhere in the world

Been using the app, associated applications and cameras for some time now and can highly recommend it. Have 5 cameras on it and haven't had a problem. There are a few things it would be nice to see with the overall solution, like flexible record time after motion, but that's being picky. Have had some problems with the 700n camera but Logitech support have been great in solving the issue. Wife loves it for watching the baby where ever she may be.

Black screen, only since update Works ok in thumbnail. But nothing when you chose to look at it. Seems everyone else is having the same problem too.

Don't these people ever test new versions? The latest update is no good. Previously it provided me with two smaller images of the cameras, you click on each to get the full size. Now all I get is twirling arrows on the smaller images! Clicking on each image still works but please sort.
