Является ли Logseq фейковым или мошенническим?

A very powerful application for knowledge management and personal journaling. It offers quite good plugins, especially for Anki integration, navigation, and formulas. This makes the app one of the most powerful tools for studying complex domains of knowledge and research work.
However, it has several weak points:
- an ugly and almost unreadable query language, along with an undebuggable query engine;
- many UI bugs;
- lack of conflict resolution during sync procedures and issues with the database as an entity;
- very slow mobile apps when handling 500+ pages;
- infrequent releases.
What would be good to have to avoid switching to other apps:
- a simple markdown editor or something that can be used for writing documents and posts;
- SQL queries or something similarly simple, instead of the overly complicated Datalog;
- custom types for tables, like user lists in Notion or Airtable;
- internal scripts and templates, similar to Jinja.
Despite its issues, I love it. 5/5.
Wow…
I opened the app and my every tap produced effect like “oh.. This can’t be so good.”
Love this app
You are doing a great job) continue in the same way
Amazing👏🏻
It is difficult to make the user experience in such applications great. But I think you are on the right track! Features with a swipe are very convenient, among other things.
I would really like such a trifle as a dark gray theme. Custom CC can be inappropriate or difficult.
Also, if possible, I would be nice to make the embed block to not look like a block nested in a block, but to be a separate block. Because if you often work with embed blocks, then there is very little space. Btw embed blocks are an incredible and important feature.
Buggy
The iOS version is extremely buggy. Great program on iPad and PC but on the phone it's mostly unusable.
No longer being developed? It is glitchy and failure prone.
The UI is glitchy. Editing more than a single line of text is difficult because the cursor is always one or two lines away from where my inserts and deletes actually happen. A whole paragraph may be truncated by sliding underneath an adjacent block of text. Database corruption error messages are increasingly common. Six months is a long time for an application to be without an update yet still be version zero. I prefer to use this product over proprietary apps, but the cost of that is apparently the risk that you'll need to migrate in frustration.
Love Logseq
I started with Evernote (along with many Moleskin physical journals) many years ago, then transitioned to Roam around 2020. It always worked reasonably well - but the price was way too expensive for what it was, and I was concerned by the cult-like atmosphere and idiosyncracies of its founder. After trying Notion and Obsidian - which were good products, but never fit my workflow well - I stumbled upon Logseq. It has been a seamless transition from Roam, and offers more features than I'll likely ever need - all for a very reasonable price (free). I do pay for the sync program though, which has never had any issues and is necessary in my opinion. The only issue I have had is: frequently, hitting the "Return" key just moves to a new paragraph, rather than starting a new Block. I hope this will get resolved on the iPad. Logseq works flawlessly on my desktop(s), but I love having the portability of my iPad Pro.
Slow
literally unusable
Sounds like a great idea
This app sounded to be exactly what I needed. The problem is there are no more instructions, steps or manual to use as a guide - if there I I couldn’t find it 💔
It’s the Little Things ✨
I decided on this for my pkm largely because of your copywriter
