Your subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and will automatically renew 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renew is disabled beforehand. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be disabled by going to your iTunes account settings after purchase. A subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.

It doesnt work
I would like to have my money back. I couldnt synchronize my whole book from iCrew. It doesnt work

Shame
It has been a deception since I downloaded the Log Ten Pro X. I just synced from iPhone to Mac via LTP X and vital data about my flights get lost. It is unforgivable the way this app is working. By the way, "Fly Now" feature.... never worked out.

I lost months of data, which I can't recover, due to a bug in the wi-fi sync... unacceptable! This is a logbook people, not a grocery list!
Crashes
For the amount of money charged for this app, per year, this should be flawless. Knowledge bases are outdated, app is basic in design, lacking key import features on the iPhone from company scheduling. Don’t waste your time and money. Stay away.
Random discrepancies between devices
Random discrepancy where iPhone entries don’t sync total time. Syncs back to my laptop and copies random errors into older entries. Now having to comb through entires and verify against my paper logbook to get my hours back.
Lost all my info
After 10 year I lost all my info. It said the app was damaged and needs to be reinstalled. Unfortunately I can’t reset my password either because it doesn’t recognize my email. At least I have the old paper logbook and don’t care about updating hours anymore
Garbage
Trying to import your flight time automatically is horrible. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and they just give the stereotypical answer of “check out our tutorials.” They have a lot of “how to’s” for Mac but none for iPad or if they say it works on the iPad…. It actually doesn’t and doesn’t have the correct tabbing and information for the instructions. Use a different app or system…. Especially if you’re in the airline business.
Missing Data After 10+ Years With LogTen
After a recent data migration within LogTen, I am stuck with much missing data. Even recent backups are missing previously logged data, particularly approach and landing data. Additionally, LogTen also erroneously wiped previously assigned Aircraft Types to my profile’s many different aircraft. I had to go back through 15 years of flying to reassign aircraft types. Help center is only via online submission or email, no phone option. For the cost of the product, and having been with them for more than a decade, I would now recommend a different product for a pilot starting out. There are many other options out there now, and ones that won’t be restricted to apple products. Disappointed and frustrated.
