Lollipop - Smart baby monitor

The camera in itself is expensive. After purchase you have to pay another expensive subscription that will covers only one camera. Wifi and connectivity issues are constant and very irritating, I have other cheap cameras in the house that are working perfectly fine except for the lollipop who is always disconnecting and takes forever to load the live view.

No WiFi issues in the room many other devices and cameras set up! But always have issues with the lollipop.

The camera keeps facing issues with internet and its not only with me , my friends got the same camera and still having issues with internet and moods not worth it the price at all

The camera is very reliable with great features and the app is great. However it would be amazing if you can add your own tracks to the camera.

Really enjoying using it

Got a second lollipop monitor and don’t remember setting up the first being such a nightmare. Right next to the router doing set up and the app keeps saying my password is wrong when it isn’t. Have reset my router, even turned off the firewall with no luck. Will have to return both of the monitors because I don’t want to use two separate apps for baby monitors and I don’t want to waste any more time troubleshooting

The latest update has now locked me out of the app, leaving me no way to monitor my child. Tech support only gets back to you in the middle of the night, so I’m now going on day 4 of being unable to use. App says password is not 6 characters when it is clearly beyond that(reading reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem for a lot of users). Tech support asked for proof of error, I sent it and their response is to try another email, I paid for a service registered to my email.. I don’t want to set up another account 🙄. Awful experience with rectifying this situation.. highly do not recommend lollipop after this encounter.

UPDATE: this app randomly logs you out of your account. Requiring you to take the time to log back in. TERRIBLE for trying to quickly check the camera. Overall I am happy with the lollipop camera and it’s abilities, the quality of the cameras is amazing. The app is terrible. I don’t know who’s idea it was to add an extra step before being able to view your camera, but it the dumbest new feature and needs to be removed. Trying to view the camera off your WiFi “via cloud” is horrible. Takes forever to load and hopefully it’s not an emergency or you’d be screwed..

Ever since you put your Black Friday marketing badge in the app update my camera won’t connect. Great marketing of a completely useless product now.
