Very helpful
Map is easy to follow and the directions to points of interest is excellent.
Route planner poor, missed closures
The route planner part of the app was poor: 1. It generated routes that included current closures (as shown by this app) 2. It generated indirect routes that missed the obvious direct routes 3. Lacks faster overground services that are part of the zone/oyster system, e.g Fenchurch Street based trains in east London

After iOS 8 didn't work! Please fix it
Good solid app- easy to use
An American who lived in London for 9 months: Don't ever leave the flat without it! Finds nearest tube very nicely. Got me un lost several times.
Perfect for new tourists
Loved it. Went to London for the first time, didn't know a thing about the tube or how to get to the sights I wanted to see. This app lets you plan tube trips based on popular attractions you want to see, which was extremely useful. Museums, parks, landmarks, etc. Had a great trip and never got lost!
Simple to Use and Very Useful
We have found this app to be simple to use, even for relative strangers to London. It was recommended by a friend and we have used it on each visit to London. He is now even more highly regarded!
