When attempting to pay for order placed with app, defaults to applepay. Able to fill out some to most of the information before screen is not showing/ un viewable. Will not go show the other tab ‘view order’. Have to close out and restart filling card information all over again. This apparently was tested with Applepay and not tested with credit cards.

I was using this app for advanced seating and mobile pat and then suddenly when I would open the app it flashed up a new screen inviting me to upgrade the app. Well I know iOS does not allow sideloading so I will not click on the link. I went to the App Store and I already have the most up to date version So I removed the Longhorn app and reinstalled. Same result. Bottom line I either sideload the “update” or stop using the app. For safety reasons I will no longer use the Longhorn app. I assume that Longhorn is bypassing some of Apple’s safety standards in avoiding the Apple Store. Why else avoid updating through the App Store.

For years I have tried to use the app on my iPad, even with every new one I buy, always updated, but the app will not let me log in. The blank template is there, but whenever I select the Name or Password field, the next template comes up blank, with no fields to enter info. I’ve even tried to still type in my name, but it does not accept it. Because of this, I’ve used the online ordering portal instead of the app, and I keep getting asked with which format I’ve placed the order. I wish I could use the app, but to be sure, it’s not from lack of trying. Longhorn is still the best mainstream steakhouse I’ll continue to support, in person and for takeouts, but I wish I could use a simpler format with the app.

It would be nice if the waitlist actually worked. We get here and seems like we have to wait longer and really saves us no time!! 😡😠

It works fine when vpn is turned off but not when it is turned on. It needs to be updated to be able to function with vpn on.

Reinstalled on iPhone several times will not change location

The app makes it very difficult to place orders. I have to input it multiple times before it sticks. When trying to trying to create an account (because I thought that would improve my app experience), when I enter my birthday it either times out or does nothing when I click Submit. My devices are up to date. So sad, the restaurant has missed several orders from me because of the poor app functionality. If you need me to be an app tester, I will be happy to help.

For the third time I have been disappointed with the app when signing up for the Wait List. It doesn’t work… just hangs up and you have to call the restaurant to get on the list at all. Fix your freaking app!!!

I download the app hoping order food and pay. Well I tried to create an account and when I hit enter it just keeps saying sorry it timed out as soon as I press the button

What is wrong with your programming that I would need to update your app immediately after downloading it? Gives me 0 confidence
