App longs me out
It’s stupid and annoying that it logs me out of the app every 10 mins

Bird ID not even close
I paid for the monthly service primarily for the species ID. It is wildly in accurate. Not worth paying for monthly.
Bird ID feature doesn’t work
I got the feeder for a Christmas gift and so far it is fantastic as far as the camera goes. My one disappointment is that the camera doesn’t identify birds on the app as was advertised. This is one reason I got this and I’m extremely disappointed that this feature does not work. Hopefully you can provide some guidance or fix the issue. Thanks…

The camera is great quality. But sometimes the long plus app doesn’t work, it doesn’t let me open the app
App not working
App isnt loading/ working . Cant get passed the log in screen.

App keeps saying request timeout and not letting me log back in.

Why can’t I view my footage away from home, if I’m at work it won’t load?
Long plus security camera
I can’t download the app to my Apple iPhone it is junk, the instruction sheet says hold down the power button, even shows it on the quick guide, there is no power button on the camera model x87
Can’t connect
Did the update and now my camera won’t connect to Wi-Fi…fed up with this buggy app. When it works it’s great but now not working

Trying to reach customer support and nothing seems the app dosent work i been having trouble whit the camera for a couple days
