Bird ID not even close
I paid for the monthly service primarily for the species ID. It is wildly in accurate. Not worth paying for monthly.

Issues
The app is very slow and won’t let me make changes all of a sudden. And it’s not the WiFi network.
Bird ID feature doesn’t work
I got the feeder for a Christmas gift and so far it is fantastic as far as the camera goes. My one disappointment is that the camera doesn’t identify birds on the app as was advertised. This is one reason I got this and I’m extremely disappointed that this feature does not work. Hopefully you can provide some guidance or fix the issue. Thanks…

The camera is great quality. But sometimes the long plus app doesn’t work, it doesn’t let me open the app
App not working
App isnt loading/ working . Cant get passed the log in screen.
Request timeout
App keeps saying request timeout and not letting me log back in.

Long plus security camera
I can’t download the app to my Apple iPhone it is junk, the instruction sheet says hold down the power button, even shows it on the quick guide, there is no power button on the camera model x87
Sleep function doesn’t work well.
I have two cameras, and while the cameras themselves are good, the user face of the app is horrendous. I have set both cameras to sleep at different times for big chunks that I don’t need them to be “on” constantly. Even though the “Sleep Schedule” toggle is turned on, they don’t actually go to sleep unless I automatically put them to sleep … which means they won’t wake up unless I also manually do that.
Can’t connect
Did the update and now my camera won’t connect to Wi-Fi…fed up with this buggy app. When it works it’s great but now not working
