Won’t work on iPad.
App worked fine on my iPad (7th generation) until middle of December 2024. Now app will not load. All apps are updated, iPad updated, turned iPad off and on, deleted and reinstalled app. Frustrated.
This app will not work with my iPad but works well with my iPhone
Not worth even one star because it hasn’t opened once. I have brand new Lorex camera system and am unable to use on my iPad running latest iOS. PLEASE FIX ASAP 😡

I have 7 location with lorex camera and all sudden it stopped working I can’t use my camera on my new iPad Pro
The app always crashes on my phone, I get bogus notifications alert nearly all the time (they never displays another other than [Motion Detected] and a timestamp. You can’t ever put Person Detected- or provide a screenshot of the motion like you do on the new app..? I would 100% use their new app, as family uses that system and I quite love the form function and Apple Watch support that it provides HOWEVER they don’t let you use it even on a PRO NVR that costs more than the Fusion- Seriously Lorex, what are you doing? Atleast let me upgrade recorders for no extra cost if it’s less expensive anyways if you’re going to skimp on the app!
App has not worked for a few weeks now. As you can see in the reviews, many have reported the issue. Lorex does not acknowledge! Unacceptable. Consider another solution when you can. Terrible customer service.
How does the business/professional app for an expensive commercial camera system not work on the most popular American (and um Canadian) tablet OS? Won’t be recommending Lorex to any more clients. App opens and then immediately closes and yes I removed app and rebooted and all the general troubleshooting. I work in IT and there are a lot of complaints about Lorex. What a joke.
The app fails to load on new IPad running iOS 18.2. Have tried numerous times to fix to no avail. The customer support is always a hassle and plan on spending half a day trying to resolve an issue with them. Frustrating after the large investment in their security cameras. LOREX, it’s time to step up your game in this increasingly competitive market!
