Disappointed
I downloaded one meditation to see what it was like. $5.99 for a few words I could have said myself is a bit much. Music like this is free on YouTube. I wouldn’t bother getting the whole set, besides, who said the full set is $90 anyway. I don’t even think it’s worth the $30 they are asking. Everyone does this today. They up the price, cross that price out and tell you you’re getting it much cheaper, when it was never the upped price in the first place. I guess they haven’t caught on to the fact that we’ve caught on.
Relaxing
This is so relaxing it’s an example of how nice it is to be outside it’s so relaxing I feel like I’m asleep

Something in my intuition told me to seek out this app & I was totally delighted 😁 when I found it. Cosmic high five 🙌🏻.
Relaxing
Use the free example, love yourself meditation and see if it’s for you. I sound the visuals relaxing, the music and Louise’s voice all relaxing and felt this short style of meditation is something I could commit to. I enjoyed it and purchased the set.
Disappointing
I paid for the full version to unlock all affirmations. I am so disappointed. It seems that there is only one affirmation per category - which makes this very expensive and feels a like I’ve been ripped off. There are other apps that provide a rotation of affirmations and I find this app is basic and disappointing- I wish I could get my money back
Good for your health most of the time !
I used to use this app quite a lot and was very happy with it. I started to use it again recently however I’ve noticed that it’s very glitchy. After reinstalling the app I’m having issues on iOS on iPhone 6s latest version. I don’t know how to contact the developer and send them a screenshot of the issue that I have so it’s in my review I’m afraid! I’m getting a blank screen when it comes to the mirror work part of the affirmation meditations the last two times I’ve used it never had that issue before. Other times it would just freeze on me. It a bit of a shame as it is really good and I love Louise hay, R.I.P. so I don’t really recommend it until they have released a new version and updated it.

This app teaches you affirmations that reduce stress and focus the mind. It’s good for my busy lifestyle
Wonderfully effective
I have experienced many positive changes since using this app daily. My self love has increased and so has my relaxation because I do not feel the need to strive so much anymore. It supports change in a deep level. Very good to use along with Calm App for total self support in attaining a more peaceful mind.
Tiff
Not so much a meditation rather a mantra. Very basic- not enticement to buy the others when you can look online and get the same thing for free. If it included a hypnotic meditation at least then it would be worth paying $6 an app worth. Disappointed.
