Not worth it.
Very sad I have all Louise’s books. Very little selection for meditations. They actually gave me anxiety with the multiple voice part. Waste of money don’t use it.

Very difficult to manage this
Must be a mistake!
I was looking for the ‘I love my body’ video from YouTube recently…all body parts…then the words, “I love my beautiful (body part) it was 30 minutes long…but it was taken off You tube…can’t find it…this one is NOT even worth the time!

Wonderful and User friendly
I appreciate hearing Louise’s voice, but I find the way the affirmation phrases are layered, one over top of the other, difficult to fully repeat. I would rather simply listen and absorb them, rather than also having to type them out. This is especially challenging if I choose to listen with lights out, just before bed. I actually find it more stressful then relaxing.

I am not impressed The prices this makes me feel so sorry for Lousie DON’T turn her fans against her!!!! She deserves better than that!!!

Le mérite d’être trèssimple à utiliser et en courtes sections. Parfait pour une routine dequelques minutes chaque jour. Très efficace sur le plan des résultats.
Usability
The meditations are great; the app is a bit frustrating. If I open and want to stop and exit, I can’t seem to close it without going through to settings and select “rate this app” to open a new window, to then be able to close the first. I must be doing something wrong because it seems odd that I can’t stop and exit.

This app provides short, easy to use and effective affirmations and mirror work for anyone who wants to change their thought patterns.
