Ik ben zo blij met deze app! Ik eet al 2 jaar low-fodmap omdat ik lactose en fructose intolerant ben en steun hierbij nog zeer regelmatig op de app Fodmap A to Z. Wel spijtig dat hij nog niet in het Nederlands bestaat, het is soms even zoeken naar de Engelse term van het voedingsmiddel dat ik wil nakijken in de Fodmap app.

I’ve used the app for over a yr. now! I really enjoy its simplicity, is easy to use when you are at the grocery store just need to type in something in the search bar and that’s it! I’m currently not doing the FODMAP diet, I feel like I’m in a good place now, but I will never delete this app because it’s so simple to use. Please don’t change it!!

Helpful, complete list with information re specific food alcohols

App would be awsome if it had pictures when you selected a food.

Just started the FODMAP plan and was going crazy with the paper version. This list on my phone is making this transition a breeze !!!

Thank you for making low fodmap so much easier to decipher. It’s a huge learning curve but this app helps tremendously!!!
