Lowell Five Bank

For over maybe 3-5 years the app has not worked. One day it randomly stopped working, I tried calling multiple times, even asked while in person about it and never got a resolution. I’m starting to heavily consider a new bank purely because of this issue. I’m not calling the line on the error message for the 10th time

The login doesn’t work at all. Every time when I try to login, it comes up with error that call customer service.

It’s a good app but it constantly locks me out of my account and says it can’t verify my account credentials. So I’ve had to call customer service and reset my password many times

Neither of my daughters’ apps work. I often get error messages.

Works with facial ID and depositing works great. Quick and easy

I would like to have the running balance back, please. It is 100% useful and it is frustrating without it. Thank you!
